I ship USPS Monday and Saturday. 

UPS shipping is Monday. UPS is not open on the weekend, and they do not deliver to most residential addresses on Saturday and Sunday.

Free insulation and heat pack is included with your order.

For temperatures below freezing, please consider having your package held at your local post office for pickup. This helps prevent it from sitting in an unheated mail truck or on your porch all day.

We do not ship unrooted cuttings in the winter because they are weaker than rooted cuttings. 

We ship all winter, even below 32 degrees. We have not had one dead plant arrive because of the way we carefully package and insulate the plants.
